(April 2, 2018) Lucole Land Co LC sold a 2,444 square foot retail building located at 1300 W 6th Street, Lawrence, Kansas to T&M Carwash, LLC. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer and Marilyn Bittenbender of Colliers International negotiated the transaction of behalf of the Seller.
