Laura loves our “small” big city for its sense of community and all the fun (and weird) things it has to offer. She is friendly, loves a good workout, and hopes to be a positive force in the lives of those around her.
Laura grew up in the small town of Valley Falls where she learned a strong sense of community. People looked out for one another, creating a family-like bond that taught her to treat everyone with respect and smile and give a friendly hello. She no longer lives in that small town, but the lessons learned have stayed with her.
Laura earned a bachelor’s degree in business finance from Kansas State University, where she was also a Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority member. She worked for a title company right out of college then worked for 15 years in the banking industry.
Laura’s small-town values and professional experience combine to make her a knowledgeable realtor ready to work hard for her clients.

Elise’s perfect day would include wandering through an art gallery or antique store in search of special pieces to add to her collection. Self-described as a lifelong learner, Elise welcomes new experiences, new insights, and new people.
Elise is a fifth-generation Kansan who loves Lawrence’s unique people, shops, and neighborhoods. Her years in educational leadership taught her to think strategically and helped her develop strong communication skills.
Elise is creative and energetic, traits that helped her remodel several homes in Lawrence. Skilled at establishing solid and trusting relationships with clients, her ability to help others envision what they want in their home or business can lead to exciting opportunities.
Originally from Southwest Kansas, Elise and her husband Kirk relocated to Lawrence in 2017 after becoming empty nesters. They love all Lawrence offers, including the art galleries and diverse culinary experiences.
