II. Make Your Own Kansas Merit Badges:
Use our templates or your own imagination to design and color your own 1″ pin-back Kansas Buttons. This activity is free all evening and suitable for Kansas fans of all ages.
III. New Editions by Kansas Makers:
We’re proud to connect local artists with the Lawrence community. Featuring new and classic work by artists Leslie Kay, Charley Forsyth, Brent Jackson, Justin Marable, Bailey Marable, Patrick Giroux, Normal Human, and many more.
IV. Food and Drink
Sample a selection of our favorite Kansas beers and our signature Kansas Day cocktails. For Carrie Nation tee-totalers and young ones, we’ll have a spread of our traditional over-the-rainbow jello cups.

In honor of Kansas’ 157th birthday, and in keeping with our increasingly costly tradition, we will be offering 15.7% off ALL THE THINGS on Friday! Stationery things, art supply things, original fine art—all the things.
Spontaneous renditions of “Home on the Range” (our state song) will be encouraged.
