Mackenzy Gordman joins Local News Source

Local News Source – Douglas County (LNS) is excited to announce the hiring of Mackenzy Gordman as the Business Relationship Executive.  Mackenzy is a senior at the University of Kansas and will be graduating in May with a degree in Strategic Communications and minor in psychology.

Mackenzy has a keen vision for LNS and is a great communicator.  She will be responsible for assisting businesses and organizations with their press releases and utilization of Local News Source.

Local News Source – Douglas County allows business owners to publish their press releases announcing new hires, promotions, expansions and general business updates.  LNS has an app and email distribution that pushes notifications that allow users to receive local news relevant to their interest, directly from our local businesses.

Local News Source is a free service provided to Douglas County business owners, non-profits and local city and county government offices.
