(July 20, 2018) Azura Credit Union sold a 8,264 square foot multi-family building located at 2409 Morningside Drive, Lawrence, Kansas to Garber Enterprises, Inc. Kirsten Flory of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller. The Buyer was represented by Gretchen Garber Nelson of Lawrence Real Estate Connections.
