Rainbow International Restoration of NE Kansas is sponsoring a blood drive this Friday, July 27, and it’s not too late to sign up. Please consider a Power Red donation, it takes a little longer but it can save more lives. One Power Red donation can save up to sixty infants in NICU. Blood donors walk a little taller afterward. Most people feel good about themselves knowing they’ve just helped save someone’s life. You will too!

Join Lawrence Farmers Market on Saturday, April 12, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Downtown Lawrence at 824 New Hampshire St. for the Opening Day of the 2025 Season. With over 50 local vendors joining for Opening Day and various community organizations, customers are invited to bring their reusable bags and walking shoes to enjoy the bustling, vibrant gathering. The Lawrence Farmers Market is held every Saturday, April 12-November 22 in the parking lots in the 800 block of New Hampshire St.
