(February 28, 2019) Perry L. & Donna J. Marney sold 20,000 square feet of industrial space located at 3319 SE 21st Street, Topeka, Kansas to East 21st Street Self Storage, LLC. Kirsten Flory of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer. The Seller was represented by Mark Rezac of KC Commercial Real Estate Services.
