(February 28, 2019) Mary L. Howe and Richard M. Stein leased 1,875 square feet of office space located at 916.5 Massachusetts Street, Lawrence, Kansas to Second Wind Creative, Inc. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International represented the Landlord in the transaction. The Tenant was not represented.
(March 4, 2019) Evenshar, LLC leased 1,800 square feet of industrial space located at 1380 N 3rd Street, Lawrence, Kansas to Steve Shackelford. Kirsten Flory of Colliers International represented the Landlord in the transaction and Jay Taylor of Colliers international represented the Tenant.
(March 6, 2019) The Board of Trustees of The Lawrence Memorial Hospital, a charitable trust and an instrumentality of the City of Lawrence, Kansas, created pursuant to K.S.A. 12-1615 leased 1,340 square feet of office space located at 6265 Rock Chalk Drive, Lawrence, KS to Mt. Oread Pharmacy, LLC d/b/a Jayhawk Pharmacy. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International represented the Landlord in the transaction. The Tenant was not represented.
