(March 28, 2019) The Lawrence Gateway Investors, LLC leased 9,777 square feet of office space located at 1035 N 3rd Street, Lawrence, Kansas to Ogden Newspapers of Kansas, LLC d/b/a Lawrence Journal World. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International represented the Tenant in the transaction. The Landlord was represented by Ken Schmanke of K1 Realty, LLC.
