(May 2, 2019) Larry A. Hatfield Rev Trust leased 3,134 square feet of office space located at 1026 Westdale Road, Lawrence, Kansas to Atma Clinic, LLC. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International represented the Landlord in the transaction. The Tenant was not represented.
(May 1, 2019) Cherry Hill Properties, L.L.C. leased 1,600 square feet of retail space located at 1520 Wakarusa Drive, Lawrence, Kansas to Make Shoppe, LLC. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International represented the Tenant in the transaction. The Landlord was represented by Schulteis of Reece Commercial Real Estate.
(May 1, 2019) Garber Enterprises leased 720 square feet of office space located at 5020 Bob Billings Parkway, Lawrence, Kansas to Control Assemblies Company. Allison Vance Moore and Kirsten Flory of Colliers International represented the Landlord in the transaction. The Tenant was represented by Jay Taylor of Colliers International.
