Given current circumstances, Stephens Real Estate has been closely monitoring all CDC, KDHE, and FDA announcements and recommendations regarding the COVID-19 virus. The safety and well-being of our clients, agents, support staff and vendors will always remain our top priority.
We’ve collaborated with our IT partner to enable our agents, support staff, and brokers to work seamlessly from home offices. This transition allows Stephens Real Estate to make the socially responsible decision to close our physical office until further notice.
Rest assured, while our office is closed, we will continue working to serve the real estate needs of Lawrence, Baldwin City, and surrounding communities.
At this time, we are also suspending all open houses until further notice and are handling showings on a case-by-case basis pending the comfort levels of sellers, buyers and agents.
