J., Colliers Lawrence’s newest broker, earned the promotion after completing more than $12,000,000 in sales production for the firm in his first three years in the CRE industry. J.’s notable 2021 projects include the sale of Lawrence’s former HyVee to Velocity Church, the former restaurant sale at 739-741 Massachusetts Street which brings a new user from Wichita, Kansas, a strip center investment sale in Tonganoxie, Kansas and a Lawrence multifamily project among others.
