This marks the seventh time the company has received this prestigious recognition, which honors local businesses demonstrating significant growth and commitment to the community.
The Foundation Award celebrates businesses in Douglas County that have been operational for at least three years and have achieved notable employment growth. In 2024, Good Energy Solutions expanded its team, culminating in 57 employees by year’s end. This growth was bolstered by the strategic acquisition of Laven Electric in October 2024, enhancing the company’s capacity to meet the rising demand for renewable energy solutions.

Prior to the event, CEO Malcolm Proudfit discussed the company’s mission and growth on KLWN radio.
