We are recruiting to hire a full time, 40 hours per week. Independent Living/Peer Counseling Specialist. This unique and rewarding position supports the mission of Independence, Inc. by providing independent living skills (ILS) training, transition services, and coordination of the Peer Counseling Program. The individual specializes in providing ILS training for transition-age students with disabilities as well as coordination of the Youth Employment Program (YEP!). This person will also be responsible for building community support for programs as well as identifying and utilizing community resources.
