(September 23, 2019) The Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence sold a 6,054 square foot office building located at 1520 Haskell Avenue, Lawrence, Kansas to The 912 Group, LLC. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller. The Buyer was not represented.
(September 23, 2019) Innovative Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. leased 750 square feet of retail space located at 10 E 9th Street, Lawrence, Kansas to Stephanie Willis d/b/a Bodytruth. J. Taylor of Colliers International represented the Tenant in the transaction. The Landlord was not represented.
(September 12, 2019) Rebel Hawk, LLC leased 1,042 square feet of retail space located at 624 N 2nd Street, Lawrence, Kansas to Kelli’s Coffee and Wine Shop, LLC. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International represented the Tenant in the transaction. The Landlord was represented by J. Taylor of Colliers International .
(August 29, 2019) Larry K. McElwain sold 2.7 acres of land located at 1900 Wakarusa Drive, Lawrence, Kansas to The Pet Campus, LLC. Kirsten Flory of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer. The Seller was represented by Marilyn Bittenbender of Heck Land Company.
