Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer. The Seller was represented by Frank Newman Commercial Real Estate.
(December 12, 2019) Downtown Equities II, L.C. sold a 9,297 square foot retail building located at 714 Vermont Street, Lawrence, Kansas to Vermont Street Garage, LLC. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller. Kirsten Flory of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer.
(December 4, 2019) TDG Wakarusa, LLC renewed 2,222 square feet of office space located at 4910 Corporate Centre Drive, Lawrence, Kansas to Mentor ABI, LLC. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International represented the Landlord in the transaction. The Tenant was represented by James Kang of Mohr Partners.
