ICL PLANT INCREASES EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN NORTHEAST KANSAS REGION

LAWRENCE, KANSAS – ICL, one of the world’s leading fertilizer and specialty chemicals companies, is accepting applications for laborer positions at its Lawrence, KS facility. The company is focused on being a community-centric workplace that offers family-friendly culture with competitive pay and benefits.
Laborer positions start at $18.86 per hour, plus shift premiums. Laborers perform a variety of duties including super sacking, stenciling and labeling, cleaning, and operating forklifts to load trucks and transport product in the plant. Minimum requirements for the position include high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work rotating shifts, and the ability to lift 50lbs.
Employees are eligible for most benefits the first of the month, following hire. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401k, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts; with paid holidays and vacation after one year of service.
Laborers have the opportunity to receive training and progress into chemical operator positions, which offers a pay of up to $28.81 per hour.
