Lawrence, Kansas (August 19, 2019) – The Colliers International office in Lawrence, Kansas has relocated. The company has moved into the recently renovated multi-tenant building at 3705 Clinton Parkway.
In addition to the recent announcement of new broker J. Taylor, the Colliers International team also includes Allison Vance Moore, SIOR, Senior Vice President, and Kirsten Flory, Associate, with a combined total of nearly 30 years of brokerage experience in the Lawrence and Douglas County area.
After 20 years of being in their downtown space and the recent retirement of Marilyn Bittenbender, the team is excited about having a fresh start. “The new space was an opportunity for upgraded technology and efficiencies, along with easy client accessibility. The new location is ideal for our team to more effectively service our clients, and will also provide for more client confidentiality,” said Moore.
The move opens up space for an expanding company to call downtown Lawrence home, which Colliers will be announcing soon. Flory also added, “The move reflects the continued growth and developments in Lawrence. We look forward to more announcements and the additional services we will be able to provide to our clients in the upcoming months.”
